I will never recommend anyone to live on this apartment. Repairs don't get done roaches everywhere. They don't pick up trash, and don't get me started on the manager for this property most rudest person I have ever met. Not professional what so ever. This is a rat hole. I try to give zero stars but it wouldn't let me.

Please listen to residents of these apartments. These truly are not a good complex. The roach infestation is really bad. The lack of upkeep and maintenance is very apparent. No gym. Trash overflows weekly, everything breaks because of poor repairs. Management is not very nice or efficient.

It is very upsetting how terrible this complex is. I moved in with hopes that I had a quite peaceful home. I do not have that, instead everything is breaking. My toilets are leaking, my window seals are leaking, my cabinets are half painted, THE ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE. I know there has to be a major infestation the way the roaches are coming out of my walls and behind my bathroom mirror and out of my cabinets. I am beyond disgusted.

9/11/2025… I wanted to share a positive experience I had today with Mr Edwin Milo (maintenance) I had little faith in the ability of “maintenance workers” as he was the 3rd to come by and look at the dishwasher. Mr Edwin listened to me vent then went to work, 10 minutes later using his “tools” which appeared to me as 2 screwdrivers and a flashlight had the dishwasher up and running. I do resonate with some of the things other reviewers have mentioned. I see the effort and appreciate what was done so far. Thank you.

Excellent customer service from maintenance. My Air conditioner stopped working and the maintenance guy Edwin came right over and quickly replaced the motor. He was kind and friendly
