⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Outstanding Service from Alex (with an X!) I want to give a huge shoutout to Alex—with an X—for being an absolutely incredible service man at the Novelist Department complex. Every time I’ve needed help, Alex has shown up with professionalism, skill, and a genuinely positive attitude that you don’t see every day. He doesn’t just fix problems—he explains things clearly, works efficiently, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. On top of that, he’s just a stand-up character in general. Respectful, reliable, and someone you can trust to handle anything that comes up. If every building had an Alex, the world would run a whole lot smoother. Highly recommend him and appreciate everything he does.

I have been living here for a month and have already had to request to get my apartment fumigated by professionals twice. There are cockroaches here, and it's an issue on my entire floor plus in the basement where the laundry room and other apartments are located. (Could be elsewhere too, just saying what I know.) While the building claims to be non-smoking, the place reeks of cigarettes and what I hope is dog piss. Packages get stolen pretty frequently too despite the LuxerOne lockers outside the building. The parking lot next door always has a myriad of characters that are a bit sketchy - I try not to judge a book by it's cover, but my car has been broken into twice since moving here. I would try and get the $150 parking spot in the garage below the building, but the door has been broke

Alex is the absolute best!! He’s so communicative and kind and gets the job done right away and very well. He goes about and beyond. Thank you Alex!!
