I just recently moved into The Northern Apartments, and I can say without hesitation that the experience exceeded every expectation I had. Moving across country was stressful, but the team here made the entire process smooth, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. Tone, Mati, Kennedy, Patrick, and Dani have each played a huge meaningful role in making my transition seamless. From the very first interaction, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly attentive to every detail and they have a pure sense of comfort. They answered questions thoroughly, communicated clearly, and handled every step with patience and care. I am a bit overdue for this review, but am happy to write it! I moved here from the Tampa Bay area in Feb. To start, Jordan is the one that absolutely won my business and sold me on the property. Extremely professional, responsive, helpful and knows everything about this complex! Tone is awesome too and is always there to greet me or help me with anything I need. I initially went with a 1br/1ba, but with my family moving to the area I switched to a 2br on an upper floor and couldn't be happier. Great location, great views, excellent amenities (including a nice gym/HIT training area, pool, etc). The walls appear to be pretty good for sound "proofing." We’ve worked with this building a few times through resident events, and every interaction has been such a positive experience. The property team is genuinely kind, easy to work with, and clearly cares about their residents and the community around them. I was also lucky enough to get a tour when the building was just finishing construction, and it’s a really great space — thoughtfully designed and welcoming. We love being neighbors and always appreciate how intentional and friendly their team is. Highly recommend — as a neighbor, as a landlord, and as a partner in community events!

The Northern is absolutely gorgeous! With both the building itself and the staff! Ive had the pleasure of working with Kennedy and Patrick, they're professional, on it, and fun to work with! If you're going to live at the Northern, it'll be a great experience and you'll be well taken care of by the team!

I just moved into this complex and have nothing but amazing things to say. The move in process was absolutely seamless. The leasing agents and property manager answered all the questions I had expeditiously, with full transparency. The amenities are to DIEE for…(dont get me started on the gym/pool and hot tub). All the residents that I’ve met so far have been so kind and friendly. The complex is located in the perfect area of Rino and about a 3 minute scooter ride from areas like Lodo or downtown Rino. I could not have found a better place to live and am so excited for this year! Dont walk, run to this complex.
