The North End

My husband and I just moved in a month ago from Michigan and were met with a convenient and clean environment, friendly neighbors and a helpful and dedicated staff. Diana, the leasing agent who toured us, was a class-act professional. She had an insightful, trustworthy and warm disposition to her. Her kind demeanor and gentle reassurance that were were making a good decision was a big reason why we chose The North End Apartments in the first place. 10/10 would recommend at least checking the place out. We are very happy to be a part of the community!

I called to get more information about the apartment community and had a great experience. Destiny was the one who assisted me, and she was very professional, patient, and informative. She answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood the pricing, availability, and the application process. She also had such a warm and welcoming attitude, which made the conversation comfortable and easy. Based on this interaction alone, I would definitely consider leasing here and look forward to scheduling a tour soon.

I really enjoyed living at The North End for the past year. Amenities were great and it is located in an amazing location. Big shoutout to the maintenance man for helping us with large items and making sure we knew where everything needed to go while moving out.

I love living at the north end. It’s walkable to a lot of my favorite spots on Brady, uncle wolfies, and fresh thyme. I haven’t been here long but I’ve loved everything so far. The pool in the summer gets busy but it’s always a fun vibe.

Pros: - Right next to 2 grocery stores - Good front office. - Available street parking. I'd avoid water street. Walk a little further to the suburb streets. My car was scratched, I've seen others get totaled while being parked still. - Studios are a good size, bigger than some 1 bedrooms. - Small gym in the building. Cons: - Bad security, especially since it's close to areas that are questionable. I had my bike stolen a month in from the bike storage. Several other tenants told me they also had their bike stolen. The building doesn't have any security cameras on the outside. - The hallways and stairs smelled, and a lot of amenities did not justify the premium price. (The shower heads and oven tops sucked). - I barely had any ventilation in my apartment, the windows open like 10 degrees.
