The Nexus at West Alex Apartments

The Nexus At West Alex is one of the best place i ever lived in From top to bottom, this luxurious apartment has so much to offer.. especially when you have everything you need close by. The Management and staff are so kind to get you any help you need during any type of emergencies. I remember that one time i got locked out of my apartment on a Sunday morning, I got helped so fast , even tho they were closed. Overall i give them 5 Stars because its a blessing to have a kind staff that care about you 7 days a week 365. Thank you for Everything.

I’ve lived here since the building opened. I was one of the first residents. I had issues with my door since the first week here. Other than that and the issue I’m currently having it’s been fair here! I love the community! Currently, It’s been a month I still have untreated mold! I still have to keep my front door unlocked! My toddler is leaving out my front door. My teenage son has Asthma and is now breaking out in rashes. I’m suffering from migraines and allergies due to the Mold. My daughter has not been able to in her room.The office manager here stated her room is unlivable a month ago. Since then they have sent out vendors and inspectors Yet, I’m still living in these conditions. ARHA quickly sent Inspector out as I requested. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at The Nexus at West Alexandria. It has really been the best option for my home. I love the community, the location and my apartment meets my needs very well. All the staff are extremely courteous, warm and welcoming. I submitted a work order when my refrigerator stopped working properly and I received a personal call from Ibeth, the Manager. That was a nice touch. She took a personal interest in making sure my issue was resolved quickly by the maintenance staff. I am very happy with my accommodations here at The Nexus at West Alexandria. I consider it a blessing to be here. Also everything I need and I like is close to my home. Silver Dinner, Sushi, Harris Teeter (coming soon), Gym and much more.

A great place to call home. The location is perfect with rented bikes available nearby to get to old town and different parks that Alexandria has to offer. The staff here has been nothing but helpful and courteous. If there is ever a issue, maintenance is on it right away. Ivette has also been the best of help to get us settled into the apartment as well as keeping residents taken care of.

Overall great neighborhood and area to live at. Promised service such as access to gym doesn't exist. The leasing office service needs to be better and welcoming. Ivette and other previous workers were extremely kind staff. Unfortunately, the service is no longer the same and staff need to be regulated to provide the service needed in great and professional manners/customer service.
