I am a resident here for an entire year and this has possibly been the worst experience of my life. This place has a roach problem. An infestation. No matter how much you clean you will have roaches. There’s constantly mold growing in the hallways due to water damage every time it rains theres leaking in the hallway and all they ever do is paint over the mold. If you have a maintenance issue expect to wait an entire month or more to have it addressed. There is no useful office number and those working in the office always will always say that they don’t know anything and can’t do anything. Lastly, and worst of all, they’re scammers. My lease was to be renewed for a new year and instead I was served termination papers with no reason written as to why the agreement was being terminated, even

So recently I post a review concerning this apartment complex. Someone has taken my review down. I will continue to post about this complex in order to keep people away from this nasty filthy place. I have a family member that moved into this apartment, when inquiring about this apartment I spoke to a nasty attitude lady name Cathrine at the office. She lied to me and stated that I would have to pay a big deposit in order to apply for residency. I advised her I have never heard anything this ridiculous in my life. The way she spoke to me was unacceptable and she needs to be removed. Look at the picture I took to show you just how nasty this place is! Please do not apply at this location.

If you don’t like Roaches and Mice stay away. They own 3-4 different apartment complexes and every one of them have roaches and mice. How do I know ? I had family that stayed in each one and I stayed in one. I stayed there for about three years. I had to get a new stove and that’s when I seen the roaches. Catherine the office manager said am I sure it came from the stove I said yes I never had roaches. They do not care. They buy refurbished and used appliances. Other family I know have moved as well. It’s not worth staying with roaches and your appliances are not updated for the price you can save yourself a Headache.

Highly recommend not living in this complex. It’s too expensive for the services they provide. Let’s begin with the customer service provided to you as a resident…zero. Residents deserve the upmost respect and customer service and there is none. One admin that stuck out the most was Kathryn. She by far very unprofessional, rude, hypocritical and the list can go on. Quite frankly she should not have that job position, not a people person. I question how co-workers are treated if residents are treated poorly. Disrespectful as well. There is lack of communication between administrators and maintenance. Apparently, maintenance doesn’t get properly communicated with work orders from admin. Secondly, the maintenance staff take there time to complete tasks, if they’re even able to complete them.
