The Nathaniel

10/10 — Highly recommend this place! The building has the best natural lighting, which I really love. Everything is super neat and organized. And let’s not forget the dog shower room. I don’t even have a pet, but I thought it was such a cute and thoughtful feature for pet owners! Gia, the leasing agent at The Nathaniel, was so sweet and helpful throughout the entire process. I honestly can’t thank her enough. She responded quickly to all my emails, and every conversation was easy and smooth. Everyone I’ve met in the building so far has been friendly and kind. If you’re looking for a safe, beautiful apartment in Rochester, definitely check this place out!

Really enjoying living at The Nathaniel. The location is so convenient, specially now that the weather is better and so much is at walking distance. The leasing office is very welcoming and I cannot emphasize enough how great Gia Pennacchia is. She is always available, responsive to any questions or concerns, going way and beyond to make sure all is taken care of. She is definitely the main reason things runs smooth here.

I love living in the Nathaniel. And the staff are wonderful particularly Gia, Donny, Will and Christian. They are reliable, helpful, Prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I lived at The Nathaniel for a year. The apartments are gorgeous, the common areas are okay. Half the time the coffee machine was out of supplies and there were broken cabinets in the demo kitchen. The elevator would break periodically. When I first moved in they were under a different management corporation which actually was a good management company and I had no issues. Once they changed management, everything went down hill. It would take maintenance a long time to respond to issues and when they did, the issues were never fixed or addressed. This is a no smoking building but there are many people smoking and nothing is ever done about this. In the beginning there was assigned parking, many people did not follow the rules and instead of addressing that they decided to just let people p
