An employee of theirs named Shaya Walter refused to refund me a $500 deposit when I turned down the apartment offer prior to selling the lease. Shaya Walter then sent me a fraudulent pdf file where he placed my signature on a form stating the deposit was not refundable if the application was approved. This goes beyond shady retail practices into felony fraud. The reason I turned down the apartment in the first place was because Shaya Walter was evasive, did not answer questions clearly, and provided a one-page lease agreement with no actual information regarding the lease itself. When I refused to sign it, the deposit was suddenly non-refundable.

If I have clients that ask me why there are so many management companies out there dedicated to giving renters bad experiences I tell them they obviously have never rented with Mw group This company are 1000% dedicated to giving renters an experience they deserve! Every single client that I’ve put in his buildings have only told me good things regarding their overall rental experience. Worried that you won’t be taken care of on the weekend when most companies are off? Put your worries to rest as they have dedicated staff who man a 24 hour emergency line to make sure no tenants ever have problems that aren’t taken care of!!!! I find that most people end up staying in their apartments for a minimum of 2-3 years!! Look no further!! This is the management company to stick with!! Kudos to y

Save your money and avoid the stress. At first the agents will seem helpful and understanding until they take your money. 20days now i'm waiting for my refund and agents are no where to be found. No matter how many times you contact them they will refuse to refund fees and will even lie about it leaving you in limbo. if there's any good agents at this place its not Scott or Shayna.

Really, really hard to reach as they rarely respond to tenants' calls, texts and emails. Rude to talk to. Office is not always open or they are not always in. Took forever to sign my lease and get the deposit back (reached out continuously for several months and was ignored). Overall pretty unprofessional, a frustrating experience.

I'm a Real Estate broker who has worked with MW for a few years now. None of my tenants have ever had any problems and truly enjoy renting with Mw Doing business with the is smooth and professional. No complaints. 5 Stars!
