If I could leave no stars I would , I moved in around 2022, everything was fine , beautiful layouts , modernized apartment living , priced effectively until around June of 2025 a tenant moved in underneath of me and I guess expected she moved into the Hilton presidential suite and demanded me and my toddler stay quiet 24 hrs a day, each day she would yell profanities , beating on the ceiling with brooms , harassing me and my five-year-old child. I took the matter to the rental office countless times looking for a form of counsel only to be ignored and thrown away as if I didn’t matter , after months of harassment I am now forced to rearrange my life and my autistic child’s life because of the lack of communication, concern and empathy shown. I’m extremely grateful for The Mount Washington Group and the level of professionalism, understanding, and compassion they’ve shown me as a resident. There were moments when I was truly under pressure, but this team worked with me instead of against me. Tiffany, the property manager, has been nothing short of amazing! She is patient, understanding, responsive, and genuinely cares about her residents. Her communication and willingness to help during situations made difficult times much more manageable. I also want to recognize Markiee, who has offered solutions and guidance. The management staffs at professionalism, patience, and willingness to work with me meant more than I can express. Canterbury Apartments (6807 Park Heights Avenue): I’ve lived here for almost a year, and to sum it up; I will not be renewing my lease. The Mount Washington Group is a decent company, but the tenants they allow in this complex have no respect, are unclean, and make the property look bad overall. It started with people having pets in the building (regardless of whether they were service animals). They let their pets poop and pee on the floors, and when I contacted property management about the stench left in the hallways, the only response was a letter. Understandable since we couldn’t pinpoint who did it—but even after reporting that the halls were stained and smelly, nothing was done. No carpet removal, no steam cleaning—nothing. They do not have insulation. They do not let care about their tenants. They do not have safety locks on the building doors. They do not care about your living experience They just want their rent! The laundry room is locked during the hours it's supposed to be open. People smoke crack in the laundry room. They let their neighbors attack tenants. The dumpster is is always full and disgusting. They do not care about their tenants. They use the same one dirty mop amndmop water to mop the building common areas. The mail boxes get broken into and doors get kicked in

I want to personally thank Ms.Tiffany manager of Roslyn Court apartments. She is the right person to take the Mount Washington Group to the next level. In my opinion she is great at wat she does!
