The Montgomery

We moved into the Montgomery right as Vesta was buying them and we were concerned because we were leaving a poorly managed Vesta property with maintenance and pest issues and a revolving door of office staff, The Erica. Things were fine here for about 10 months before they started going downhill. In January, we asked for blinds, as they stated they would provide them for free. We asked every week when we could have blinds. The assistant manager told us she didn’t know and she would ask the manager, who was always gone. During this time elevators broke for months and people moved out, leaving giant pieces of furniture in the hall that they didn’t want to take down the stairs and that management didn’t remove even when the elevator was fixed. Very quick response to a maintenance issue (less then 15 mins) and issue was fixed within 30 minutes. Mr.Hollis is fantastic!! And in general the community and staff at this location are fantastic people

Predatory team has now been put in place. 6 months after leaving being asked to produce almost 1000 in damages that was not the case. Asked for an itemized receipt that "cannot be produced".... the team was swapped around that time, and I now understand the current tenants complaints.

I had the pleasure of touring The Montgomery, and I must say, the service was top-notch. I absolutely love the apartment home. The location, size, and quality are above the norm. I would highly recommend living here to my friends, colleagues, and family. The building is very clean. It wasn’t dirty or smelling unpleasant, which is a plus. I love the parking situation, and there’s so much convenience living downtown. The staff has been amazing. Tami was wonderful and very helpful. She made the tour worthwhile and is so polite,You really love your residents and love the building. During our tour, I paid attention to how you talk, and it’s very inspiring. I came in to look at possibly renting and had the pleasure of meeting one of your employees….Hollis Tull. He was extremely helpful and professional compared to other properties I have visited. My experience dealing with him is by far better than anyone I have dealt with.
