The Montecristo Apartments in Stone Oak,San Antonio

The Maintenance Team at Monte Cristo have been an excellent service provider in my time here at Monte Cristo. They are fast in their response time to any issues, exceed expectations of hospitality and get their jobs done fast and efficiently. My unit had problems with the water heater and the drain disposal and in both instances they were taken care of very quickly by amazing workers! We appreciate the Monte Cristo Maintenance Team for all that they do!

I would’ve given this place a better rating, but after everything I’ve experienced, it’s clear that management does not take maintenance issues seriously—especially when they directly affect residents’ health and safety. Over the past three years, multiple maintenance requests have been submitted regarding the extreme heat in this apartment, and nothing meaningful has been done. In 2022, a new AC unit was installed, but somehow the situation has actually gotten worse since then. Despite all the requests and supposed “repairs,” the apartment still reaches 90 degrees with no air circulation. Maintenance continues to come in, glance at a thermostat that doesn’t control anything, and then leave without addressing the root of the problem. Convenient location, but OUTDATED and OVERPRICED. Lived here for a couple years purely because it was close to work and major stores like HEB, Target, Costco, and medical facilities, with easy access to work or errands. However, the pros stop there. While the leasing office, pool, and front buildings looks nice on the outside, the apartments themselves are outdated. Many appliances break frequently (dishwasher, AC, heater), the flooring and ceilings show damage, and the thermostat was analog when I moved in. I actually could not fully move in my first day and delayed my move-in because the unit make ready carpet was still wet. Maintenance has declined over the years. My requests took multiple work orders and email. I had the AC unit and dishwasher replaced at least once within a year. Ev

The gentleman was extremely kind and courteous when he arrived and before entering the house to do his work of touching up the paint on the walls. I loved his personality, his calm demeanor, and the excellent job he did. I appreciate the positive attitude he brings to his work. 5 out of 5.

Jesse was awesome and took care of all the issues we had with our showers. He was quick, great, and innovative when addressing the concerns. 10/10 and a true example of exceptional service.
