The Montecito Apartments

I live here. Management is wonderful. Maintenance is even better. We have a swimming pool and a laundry room. It's located off Austin highway where shopping is walking distance. Retail, restaurants, fast food, entertainment, etc. You'll need/want for nothing.

great place to stay.. very quiet and owned by real good person , greg.. loved my stay.. laundry room upgrade is great and cheep cost. 4.20 for each load washed& dried

Infested with roaches the owner of the apartment has had multiple leasing consultant agents into working in the front office are all females since the whole year lease that I have signed that I have been here I am currently up on my lease I have two more months left I've been here a year and out that year I have had three different leasing agent associates working in the office also I have known neighbors who have told me that they're ceiling has caved in and they have tried to track him down, the landlord has done nothing about it has been chased down multiple times water pressure is always low Greg the landlord the owner walks into apartments without notice or warning to his tenants I have felt and threatened and unsafe multiple times one of the leasing agents brought her boyfriend in

I really dig its the place I call it home. Very quiet no crime my neighbors are cool my apartment is unique and although I wasn't on the right track in the beginning my landlord was very understanding and pushed me through it . So I give it 5 starsTwo thumbs up a 100 two snaps up with a twist all that with a bag of chips but hey maybe I'm impartial but like I said I'm glad to call it home...

I honestly love it here , its really quite and everyone ive met has been good people. The manager is really nice and helpful she's on top of things that i can tell . its really getting into shape here seeing the updates around the property and how they conduct there business ! Great place to live in my opinion
