I am the owner of The Sidewalk Garden ATL. I had the pleasure of hosting a floral class for The Monroe’s resident event last month. We had so much fun and the residents made some beautiful arrangements. Looking forward to coming back for another round soon. THE STAFF!!! Hands down a 10/10, from Mota reaching out to book us. So sweet and professional. Antonio was theeee best!! So accommodating and welcoming, anything we needed he made sure we felt like we were at home. Have been living in the Monroe for (nearly) 5 years and have had a great experience. Am soon to move out, have to relocate for work… but cannot recommend living here enough. It’s a well run property and in a great location. The management does a great job (especially Antonio).

The apartment complex is great! Any time I’ve had a question or concern, the team always jumps in to help right away. They’re incredibly responsive and genuinely care about their residents. A special shoutout to Antonio — he’s been awesome! He’s professional, friendly, and always makes sure everything gets taken care of quickly.
