I recently moved out and I’m honestly so sad to leave — only because I had to move out of state. This property was truly exceptional, and I would have stayed if I could. During my time here, management continued to invest in meaningful upgrades that made living here even better. They added a convenient on-site mini market, package lockers, a putting green, and a secured gate system. While the gate system is still in transition and there have been some minor kinks with doors and elevators, that’s completely expected with any change of this scale. What really stood out to me is the bigger picture. With every improvement, you can clearly see that the main focus is the residents and creating a better living experience. That level of care and intention makes all the difference. I truly loved

Thank you for hosting your Valentine’s Day event. It was one of my favorite events of 2026 so far. Everything was thoughtfully put together, the atmosphere felt welcoming, and the whole experience was really nice. The coffee bar was such a nice touch and definitely stood out. I’m looking forward to the next one.

They've had non-stop trash issues and cleaning problems. There is literally spit on the elevator button near my friend's apartment. They keep saying that the trash problem will be solved, but it's been a week and it's still piling up. This place charges too much for this type of living condition and honestly management has dropped the ball. I would look elsewhere before considering moving here. I lived here for two years and genuinely loved my experience. The property was consistently clean, quiet, and maintained, and any maintenance requests I submitted were handled quickly and professionally. The management team was always responsive and kind, which makes a huge difference when you’re living somewhere long term. I felt comfortable and safe throughout my time here, and it truly felt like home. I’m only moving due to a life change, not because of anything negative about the property. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live and wouldn’t hesitate to live here again.

I have lived in several areas around the Valley, and this community has been my favorite by far. The on site team is kind, responsive, and truly pays attention to resident needs, which makes everyday living feel easy. The underground parking adds a strong sense of safety, and the location has been a huge win for me since my commute is now only a few minutes. There have been some minor challenges with the gate system and the package area during busy delivery times, but the staff has been aware and working on improvements. Overall, it is a comfortable, well managed place that I enjoy calling home.
