The Moderne at Providence Apartments

Having moved here from the UK, we are thrilled to have chosen to live at The Moderne At Providence. It is conveniently located and the accomodation is ideal for my wife and I. The communal areas are plentiful and well maintained, providing additional areas to access for socialising and to enjoy the outdoors. The team here have been incredibly welcoming too. The ladies in the office have helped out my wife with everyday enquiries beyond their roles and Bree in particular, showed great patience and attention to our needs when showing us around apartments. Also, to mention is Steve, who has provided endless advice and guidance, regarding our apartment and maintenance to useful information about living in the USA. I have loved living at the moderne! Great location and complexes! Leasing staff is very helpful while I’ve been here along with many other things. One of my favorite things is how amazing and quick working the maintenance staff is. Specifically Steve, personally he is the most amazing person and never fails to be quick to help and he is very hard working. He always has a smile on his face and i’ve been able to really get to know him. Steve is amazing!!

I’ve been a resident here for about 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say about these apartments! The team is great and very communicative with requests or any other issues. The maintenance man, Steve, is AMAZING! Anytime something needs fixing, he’s on it right away and does the job perfectly. I truly appreciate his hard work!!
