I have enjoyed so much living here the last few months. I love the area and all the amenities, but the thing that has by far been the best is everyone who works here. Every problem I’ve had has been fixed promptly and fixed well by maintenance. The best person here though is for sure Marelin. She is the sweetest and kindest person and has helped me with so so much. She is truly what has made this place for me. I’ve had a couple experiences with apartment management companies that have just been so horrible, whether it’s the people themselves just being rude, or them trying to scam me out of more money. Marelin has been the best management experience I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Thanks so much! :)

I’ve been here 3 years and lived in 3 different types of apartments and really enjoy it here for the following reasons: • It’s quiet and everyone’s super nice when you talk to them - this is especially important to me as I work from home and am here all the time • Every apartment has a good amount of natural light and at least 1, sometimes 2 balconies, ideal for balcony gardens! • The heating / air conditioning bill is lower than I thought it would be for this amount of space • There are brand new appliances (including a dishwasher) + new white counter tops + carpeting in all the apartments • Very pet friendly (dogs + cats) • Management removes problem / loud neighbors efficiently and the new management company has stepped up efforts to address + respond to community concerns quickly • The

The staff at the office are great, some of the maintained is unprofessional. But you can always guarantee to know what ur neighbors are doing and saying. I sit in a hot bath to relax before bed and the neighbors are either fighting or getting along REAL WELL! The walls between u it’s are so thin u can hear everything!

The new washers and dryers are a huge improvement to the property, new management has done so many improvements to the property and have made this place so much better. Marelin and Mayra are so helpful. Trini from maintenance is very efficient, thank you guys!

I've lived here nearly four years, seen three property management companies, and each has been more incompetent than its predecessor. Every common area and amenity the property manager is responsible for is in revolting condition. Laundry machines stay broken for months. The ones that run smell worse than the dirty clothes. Common areas are filthy. Fire extinguishers and emergency exits are missing or broken. The office almost never returns calls and will not keep tabs on the property's condition. Emergency maintenance calls go to a voicemail that might be answered days later. Dumpsters have overfilled for years and management adds no security to mitigate it. If you tell an office staff member in person that something is broken in the gym it will still be broken a year later. This place c
