A waste of time, labor and money!! All around BAD! RUN FOR THE HILLS. I am writing this as of August 13th. I moved from Yuma on Saturday August 9th with a 10ft uhaul. I was so happy and excited to be starting my life in the city. We arrived around 3pm, got the keys from Julissa, and toured the apartment. We saw maybe 2 small roaches in the kitchen sink - that is to be expected. But all looked okay. I got a classic apartment- so no upgrades but I was okay with that since I wanted to save some money for a fancier place next year. Boy, was that the worst decision I ever made! My friends and I moved my furniture in from 5pm until about 7:30pm. As my friends left, mom and I were cleaning and sorting things out, when we started to notice more and more bugs crawling around. Front desk staff was fabulous! Julissa was very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining how the Apt complex works. That was a big relief. It would be 5 stars if we were rating her only. The downfall, for us, is the screening management company. Findigs, made it a miserable process to apply. I thought they were on a power trip and not realistic. After much back and forth, via only email, because I was told they 'only communicate via email', and weren't allowed phone conversations, we were approved for an apartment. They were the only disappointment. We haven't moved in yet, so I don't have more to review. Julissa is an asset, Findigs leaves a bitter taste.

I was recommended by a friend, and she received a $500 bonus just for referring me. I've been living in these apartments for a year. Angel, the maintenance guy, has come to fix the problems I've had in my apartment and he's always been very friendly!

I was switching apartments I was nervous about the process but Gabby helped me and told me not to worry that she had everything under control. Everything happened like she said it would and she is also very beautiful!

I've lived here for a year and a half. The place has changed ownership once in that time. Generally, it's been a good place to live. I feel safe at night here and my neighbors are more or less neighborly. The former management did a good job responding to maintenance requests. When my AC/heating system began to break down, they responded by installing an entirely new unit. The new management corrected a billing error that resulted in a $200 rent credit which was fair and restored my satisfaction with living here. I will likely sign a new lease when the time comes. That said, the place does appear to have water system issues that result in weekly water shutoffs at various times for various amounts of time, but it's never really affected me that much.
