The Mitchell

I just moved in back in December and fell in love with the view instantly. I knew this was where I wanted to be and within only a few mins walking distance to my job. When I submitted my paperwork any and everything that could go wrong (on my end) did and Azia, David and concierge staff were all so accommodating. They made me feel at home before I even moved in which made me feel great about my decision to go with The Mitchell.

I recently toured The Mitchell Apartments and had a really great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Paris did an amazing job showing me around the property. She was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough when explaining the different floor plans and comparing the available units. She made the tour feel relaxed and informative rather than rushed, which I really appreciated. I also want to mention Sgt. Hooks and Officer Long, who greeted me right away when I arrived. Having them present in the lobby added an extra sense of comfort and security, and they were both friendly and professional. That small touch really stood out. I love living at the Mitchell. The amenities are great, the people are very nice and helpful and it’s in a great location! Azia was especially helpful and kind throughout the move in process. She made everything seamless. I’d def recommend!

Azia was absolutely amazing throughout my leasing process at The Mitchell. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive—anytime I had a question, she replied quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. If you live out of state, be very careful. I initially tried to handle my application myself while out of state, but Mitchell Apartments was not answering the phone or emails. I assumed this was because the building and business were so new, so I enlisted a professional apartment locator to assist me. Their attitude toward her was unprofessional. During her tour, someone named Dave, to my knowledge, tried to pressure her to convince me that I did not want the floorplan I had chosen. This prompted me to fly in and tour the property in person before even submitting my application. My tour with Aziza was great, and Aswada at the desk was very welcoming.
