The Mitchell Apartments

I’ve lived at The Mitchell for a year and a half, and truthfully, I’ve loved it here. When our lease was coming up, we decided to look around just to be responsible and see our options. We toured about 10 different apartments in the area, and I kept thinking the same thing every time we left: yeah… this isn’t it. Nothing compared to The Mitchell. Not the space, not the location, not the overall feel. The apartments are actually livable, the building is always taken care of, and it genuinely feels like home, not just a place you’re passing through. The maintenance team deserves real recognition—they’re quick, kind, and consistent, which matters way more than people realize until they’ve lived somewhere without that. I recently visited The Mitchell while searching for my next potential home, and I can honestly say the experience completely exceeded my expectations—largely thanks to Holly. From the moment I walked in, Holly was incredibly welcoming and kind. She took the time to walk me through everything, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I truly understood what living at The Mitchell would be like. My wife and I just renewed our lease with the Mitchell - we absolutely love living here. The staff are kind and very attentive - the Leasing Manager that we have been in contact with since day one, Holly Pulliam, has been extremely helpful in answering any questions we have in a swift manner. The location is perfectly safe, right in the heart of White Plains. Within walking distance, we have a Target, a Movie Theater, a Shop Rite, a CVS, and a whole host of different places to eat across different cuisines. Thank you to Holly and the rest of the Mitchell staff for making it such a great place to live!!

I'm so glad to see people finally speaking on this. My boyfriend lives at The Mitchell so I have visited too many times to remember. I've navigated the building with him so I know the landscape very well. All the things that have been said below are true. With that being said, the parking is a real thing. I can't believe how many car doors have been scraped or scratched. Or how many times we've almost been hit because residents do not look at the mirror to see other cars coming, or just driving ridiculously fast in an already tight place. I also know that communicating with the leasing manager Holly is a problem. He basically has to go to the leasing office for everything because no one will answer calls or emails. But I will say, some of the neighbors seem nice though so that's always goo

Living at the Mitchell has been a great experience. The pool is fun and well maintained and the leasing office is very attentive. I especially love working with Holly Pulliam who greets me and my kids with a warm smile and hello in the hallway and was instrumental in helping me obtain my apartment. Go Holly!
