The Mirage Manchester

I’ve had a great experience living at Mirage Manchester. The management team is professional, responsive, and actually cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve handled it quickly and respectfully. Maintenance is top tier. Every request I’ve put in has been handled ASAP usually faster than expected and the work is done right the first time. They communicate well and make sure everything is fixed properly before closing the request. It’s hard to find a place with management and maintenance this reliable. Definitely one of the best parts about living here.

These apartments are uninhabitable. I lived here from 2024-2025 and it’s been 8 months since I moved out but felt extreme urgency to warn potential renters of this scam. A previous partner of mine was one of the several people to leave a review about mold and mistreatment by an employee, Rebekah, in the front office and regional director, Melissa. The day I moved in as soon I walked through the door I could smell the mold. Opened the washing machine and it was COMPLETELY covered in mold. From the rubber gasket on the door, to the inside, to the drawer the detergent goes in. It also didn’t even work. Went without a washing machine the first month and a half, had it fixed, and it broke at least 5 more times while living there. Maintenance man told me that leasing refused to approve the reque

I just moved in not even two months. Although I followed protocol registered my car, got a sticker and somehow my car was towed along with other residents during an ice winter storm. The walls are thin so you can hear a neighbor burp, if you request for maintenance (which I have the day I moved in) specifically for my bathroom door that cannot close and off the hinges when i moved in. They will never come and fix issues. Also the premises is filled with pet feces and urine along the entrances/exits of the area causing hazardous conditions for residents. I am considering getting out of this lease. As a resident of two months this has been hell for me. Don’t rent here if you care for your mental and physical health!

Beware , they will group your non refundable app fee and deposit together and if you get denied or change your mind you will not get your deposit back. Never heard of a non refundable deposit I was told that If I cancel my app I can’t get a refund now it changed to no matter what you can’t get your deposit back. Keeping my deposit when I’m not even living there is crazy work. Currently disputing with my bank and will report them but beware if they can steal $100 from you they are willing to steal anything. I already had another property ready I was just keeping my options open. Apartment is modern but the bedroom closet is outside the bedroom and the living room area is small. Anywho beware
