The Millwright Apartments

I recently moved into Millwright Apartments in Seattle and have had an excellent experience so far. The building is well maintained, clean, and has a modern feel throughout. The apartments themselves are spacious with high-quality finishes, and the attention to detail really stands out. One of the best parts of living here is the management and maintenance team. Loni the property manager and Larry the maintenance director are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents and the condition of the property. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes living here stress-free. I don’t typically write reviews, but this community deserves recognition. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this is not just another apartment complex, it’s a premier living experience. The panoramic lake views are truly breathtaking, and the amenities rival those of any high end living complex. (Loved the lobby, rooftop patio, and the animal grooming area.) Even though the property is still being completed, you can already feel the caliber of what’s to come. By next summer, I can only imagine how extraordinary it will be. I had a tour scheduled for 10am today 11/01 and there was a no show from the leasing agent. Frustrated that i had to keep calling the leasing button and wait outside in the rain with no one to come and open the door. The purpose of an appointment is do things organize and professionally. We all have things to do during the day and I set this time aside to be shown the new building. Building looks nice but if this is how the leasing office manages I'll look elsewhere. Very disappointed

The Millwright is an amazing place to live! Everything here is new, modern, and beautifully designed. The view of the water is absolutely stunning. Sharon and Loni do an excellent job — they are always friendly, professional, and very helpful. The neighborhood is great too, with lovely neighbors and plenty of nice cafés and bakeries within walking distance. I’m really happy to call this place home!

Seemed like the classic bait and switch. The cafe and restaurant remain unfinished. The beautiful views shown in photos do not reflect in-unit views of an extremely busy street, with graffitied retaining wall, or the top of a telephone pole, depending on which unit you’re in. Considering the price point is comparable to Harbor Steps and The Helios, as well as numerous other options with actual beautiful views, save time and energy skipping this one.
