The Mile Apartments

I have been experiencing unresolved maintenance issues since I moved in in January 2025. There has been an ongoing plumbing problem in my unit, including consistently low toilet water levels, loud plumbing noise from upstairs units traveling through my pipes, and recurring sewer odors coming from the sink and shower drains. The drain line has been scoped multiple times, yet the issue remains unresolved. The plumbing noise is significant enough to disrupt sleep at night. The elevator has also been making a very loud mechanical noise for approximately two months. Management indicated it requires lubrication, but it has not been addressed. Not a single piece of equipment in the gym works. They have a Peloton bike, an Eschelon treadmill, and an Eschelon rowing machine, none of which have a subscription tied to them and none of which are connected to the WiFi. And speaking of WiFi and cell service, it is virtually impossible to get a cell signal inside the building and the WiFi connection is always off and on. Do not recommend this place at all!

Unit was very nice. Parking is an issue at times. Security does laps around building and stairwell multiple times a night. Mail gets stolen sometimes but they just added an Amazon locker. Overall it was a very pleasant place to live.
