The Milan Apartments

I’ve had such a positive experience living at The Milan. The building is very well maintained and managed with true care. A huge part of what makes it so special is Nicholas, our concierge manager - he’s truly the heart of the building. He brightens everyone’s day, remembers residents personally, and keeps everything running smoothly. I don’t know what we would do without him! Jerry, our building manager, is also fantastic!He’s responsive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with any issue. Between the two of them, the building feels not just well-managed, but welcoming and community-oriented. Highly recommend this building for anyone looking for a nice, well-run, and friendly place to live!

I lived at The Milan for two years and had a fantastic experience. The building is beautiful and well-maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the team. Jerry and Nicolas are exceptional—always kind, attentive, and quick to help with anything. They create a warm, welcoming environment that makes The Milan feel like home. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived at The Milan for 3+ years. When Jerry got promoted to Property Manager, moved into the building, AND hired Nicholas as the Front Desk Supervisor, we’ve seen major improvements across the board at our building! Better/faster service, great door people hires, smiles when we come and go from the building, and overall a greater sense of community and a vested interest in tenants needs and happiness. I hope for as long as I’m here, Jerry and Nicholas are as well! 🤩

We had a wonderful 3 years at The Milan. It’s a terrific building with great doormen (shoutout to Anthony!) and an unbeatable location. However perhaps the most underrated aspect is the support from the super, leasing office, and resident manager. Jerry and Jenny were absolute pleasures to work with. Whenever we had an issue, they would respond immediately and usually fix the problem the next day. Feel really grateful for the building and we’re sad to be moving out (time for a new neighborhood for us)!

My experience moving into The Milan has been nothing short of perfect - Jerry, Nicholas and the team have taken the stress and guesswork out of the process and I am extremely grateful for that. Highly recommend the building for anyone interested!
