I just moved in. I am really impressed with the leasing staff, they were very accommodating to all the random stuff I threw at them, and are just infinitely patient and sweet. My apartment is amazing for the price. Amenities seem solid and the all year pool and hot tub is a great touch. Gym could be better, but it isnt half bad either. I looked at comparable places for comparable prices, but the leasing staff really put it over the edge. Location seems really good too! 10/10: would recommend. (37yo single guy in a 2x2 perspective)

Justin and Shay! Thank you guys for always being so accommodating. Here at fiddlers it turns into a nightmare when there’s a concert; the staff here does a great job making sure the parking lot is under control. The gym is top notch and the common area is great to use as a work from home space. Thank you guys!

Easily the worst place I have EVER lived. Management never responds to us since there's a new manager every several weeks. My wife and I have reiterated being a married couple several times yet were referred to as roommates upon returning our keys? I'm sure this isn't an assumption that would be made if we were a man and woman. We have yet to hear back on when we are to receive our deposit back. We had packages stolen for months and management didn't care to do anything about it, equipment was also stolen from the gym repeatedly. Our renewal was quoted $3000 and when we made the decision to move elsewhere, our apartment was listed for $2000... Honestly I'm beyond upset having to deal with all of this. Save yourself hassle and don't move here.

We moved here about 4 months ago while Hallie and Angelina were at the front desk and things were amazing. They used to have community events a couple times a month and were always on site and available to help. Recently new management has taken over and none of the previous reliable and friendly people seem to work here anymore (except Zach the maintenence man who we love). The hot tub has been broken for a couple of months now, weights are constantly being stolen from the gym, and we are being billed for unexplained charges in the middle of the month. It seems they are using an AI agent under the pretense that it is a real person to "manage billing." This means we are unable to get help from a real person for these phantom charges. We are frustrated and worried for our quality of living

My time at the Mezz was great until it came to the security deposit refund. I understand they were transitioning right after I moved out May 2025 but I’ve been waiting for 6 months for my 2B2B unit refund check to be rewritten out to me (Property Manager said they would rewrite me a check and was in the works April 2025) since neither of my roommates care to deal with this refund issue. Was told by the property that I would be able to cash a check regardless of its written to 3 entities and one person can cash it but banks won’t cash a check with only one person there and the check was written with “and” and not “or”. I eventually moved into a 1b1b and when I moved out of the property, they didn’t update my address so they sent the second refund check to the unit I moved out of. It’s been
