LISTEN!!! I currently live here, there is an outrageous cockroach infestation in this building and its getting worse. I am not at peace in my home anymore. I have been here for about 3 years and this is the worst it has ever been. My unit is clean. I have had to kill at least 6 huge cockroaches within the past week. That is just ridiculous. I keep my apartment as clean as can be and this is horrible. Especially when you are always cleaning and making sure your place is well kept. You dont want to have to deal with this massive issue. It is disgusting. The rent is going up constantly but no improvements on the building is being made. The building needs a deep cleaning internally. Yes it is an old building. Something needs to be done. Immediately! I can not live like this. Not to mention my
While applying with the Metropolitan Wynnefield, their leasing office, Shana was super helpful. Her main objective was finding an apartment room we were comfortable in, one we could afford, and always offered in person touring. She consistently answered my phone calls whenever she could and was always there to help us out if we needed any questions. 5/5 service
If you're thinking about moving here save yourself the trouble. Yes the apartments in themselves are aesthetically pleasing, however there are many cons that out weigh the pros. For one they heat comes on many times of the winter and it is BLAZING hot. Residents have no control over the heating system. When we first moved here we asked for maintenance to come fix the heating problem, they did come and later the heat was not fixed. We then called the office only to find out the the heating cannot be controlled and they sent the maintenance man up here for nothing. They supply only 3 dumpsters for the entire building and they are always full. The old men in the lobby make many residents uncomfortable with their luring and never ending small talk. If you think about moving here, take into co
I was living here for 5 years and just moved out a week ago. Pros: It’s a beautiful neighborhood with access to so many things. The building itself is nice. The apartments are big and spacious with nice hardwood floors. They are pet friendly. On-site laundry room with vending machine. The on-site maintenance team are the BEST. They are friendly, respectful, keep the building clean and are quick to respond to any issues you have. Cons: The elevator is always broke. There is always a group of older mean sitting in the lobby gossiping and it’s very uncomfortable waiting for the elevator (when it’s not broke). The leasing office is aware of this group in the lobby and they do nothing about it. There is a mice problem in the building (get a cat). There is only 2 bins for recycle for the entire
I've been here for about a month now and so far everything is going well. Katy from the leasing office was extremely helpful throughout the leasing and move in process and made the experience as smooth as it could be for us. Any unaddressed maintenance concerns were taken care of shortly after move in thanks to Lisa and the great maintenance team here. There's plenty of parking, whether it be street or in the lot, and the apartment itself has wonderful natural light and great hardwood floors. Laundry is in the basement but there's usually always more than one machine available.
