The Metro Apartments

I just moved in to this property recently, and the staff was awesome! They made the process smooth and pleasant. I don’t normally write reviews, but they deserve a great review for their hard work! I love my new apartment!

This experience for my 1st apartment was amazing. The location is super convenient and the space is perfect, comfortable, cozy and just right for me. My whole application was smooth and easy , front office was so welcoming and very helpful. Maintenance has also been so helpful since my move in !! The area is just great too everything is so nearby !!

I have lived here since FEB 2024 and I cannot be happier to be out. If you want a clean, quiet, enjoyable community to live in, Metro is not the place. Common areas are constantly littered with trash and pet droppings, and the lack of landscaping is depressing considering they are marketed as “luxury apartments”. The gates have worked MAYBE all of 2 months (not consistently) that I’ve been here. The pool is constantly closed. The leasing office is always difficult to deal with, as you get a different answer every time that you can actually get someone to talk to you. The apartments have paper thin walls and floors, and you are woken up by neighbors throwing parties and blaring music at 3am multiple times during the week. I lived here for 3.5 years. The apartment has many pros/cons, but all in all it was a decent place to live, especially if you are young and don't have a family. I would have given this 4 stars had it stayed the same level of quality when I first moved there in 2022, but it began to deteriorate over time. Pros - Maintenance handles all of your issues pretty quickly and they are friendly - Location is great. It is near the battery and right off the interstate - My unit had very little issues in the time we were there - The renovated gym is very nice - Rent was very reasonable, especially over time - Little to no move out fees Cons - The neighborhood isn't attended to all that well. My favorite place is definitely the gym, it has everything we need, so we don’t even need a LA Fitness membership 😍😍😍😍😍
