Noisy upstairs neighbors that has kids that's uncontrollable running and jumping as if it's a playground nonstop from 12 noon until 3 and 4am. And this can be very dangerous when you are 65 and older spooked in your sleep which could lead to a heart attack or may even worst. The place itself is a very nice place friendly neighbors and all.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my experience living in the Met apartment complex. I have encountered several issues that have not been adequately addressed by the management team. Firstly, my truck was stolen from the complex parking lot. Additionally, there have been multiple other car thefts reported. This raises concerns about the overall security of the complex. Secondly, I have experienced several maintenance issues in my apartment that have not been promptly resolved. Despite numerous calls and visits to the office, these issues have persisted for over five months. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. I moved in here at the end of September and yes i thought they was nice apartments my place is nice because i fix it up but underneath the nicest is the dishwasher never work I put in work order and work orders and the came and said that they had to get a part never came back water sits in Stink and I told them about it not have been done. On Saturday night the 13 th my heater caught fire I had to call the fire department because it was smoking and popping fire . They told me to cut the breaker off now the heater is not working. I went to the office today to see what they going to do about it that manager with her nasty attitude made me wanted to cuss her out but I am going to do it the legal way. I really love living here. The leasing consultants are friendly, helpful and kind. Especially Clara!! She has been so nice and helpful through this whole process.
