The Meetinghouse at Collins Cove Apartments

Please be aware!!! over 55 and recently applied and she also applied months ago! Very misleading, She walked in there, and I noticed there was another lady Caucasian She was complaining them about mildew rain coming through her ceiling and that was a red flag for me, but instead of me pay attention and listen to the 🚩 You would not believe she drove 5 1/2 hours to get my place and they mislead her ,totally couldn’t figure out how to download my paystub‘s. That was the first incident OK couple weeks later She filled out another one and she had the audacity to say that she didn’t have enough income again Well she thought this place was for low income people over 55 but it was a nightmare for her so she moved in a regular apartment And I didn’t have any problems so please be aware I f

This is a 55+community & its well maintained and the staff all that I've met anyway are kind & professional. 3 cheers to Yoshimi the asst manager. She went way beyond her duty to get me in & she handled most of the work. 🤗 As she said it was meant to be.. 😊. I love my new apartment even though it is smaller than the 3bd country home, I am very grateful for my home.. Hugs America 🇺🇸

It's a wonderful place to live

Loved the visit. The staff was professional. Each resident that I encountered was engaging and the property was beautifully maintained. I guess that's why it's fully occupied. Great job!

Have a friend that moved here love the setup area, amenities are great & best of all only eligible for seniors no kids!! I'm getting at that point when you have medical issues a lot of apartments with kids& adult drama is too much Have a waiting list but I'm definitely checking it out.
