Our experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from the start. We relocated across the country and relied on Aryaned, who showed our family a model unit and assured us our actual unit would look identical. On the same day, she emailed photos claiming they were of our unit — they were not. Just six days before move-in, we were informed we would be receiving a completely different unit — and it was not prepared at all: the kitchen was still dirty from the previous tenant, full paint work was needed, windows were duct taped shut, carpet replaced the advertised flooring, the bathroom was “remodeled” in name only (just a coat of paint), there was a strong smoke odor, evidence of pets despite being told otherwise, and even basic features like the microwave shown in the model were

I’ve been a resident here for only a year and everyone in the office staff is horrible except Nasha and she can’t run this place by herself. She’s spread thin. Erica the new manager is no good.She pretty much told me she prioritizes new move in residents over existing residents. So that means you won’t matter after you move in. I have been trying to transfer apartments for a couple months and something is always going wrong with the units. I paid my transfer fee. Wouldn’t let me see the unit but kept saying it was done. Signed a new lease with this place only to find out the unit isn’t done just a few days before my move. Smelled like cigarettes and was not ready to move in. They post units on the website that aren’t available and people still live in. So your unit might not even really

First I want to say, stay far away from this place.They do not truly care about the people that they rent to. Me and my son had just moved in within a week to one of their first floor apartments in the very back, that we had waited weeks to move into. Upon moving in, we immediately find out that the air conditioner was disgusting and leaking and we had some kind of rodents living in the apartment. That was all things that we found out within the first week! We didn't even have a chance to unpack or move in or do any damage to the apartment whatsoever. We were waiting on pest control to come and take care of the rodent.. when all of a sudden Hurricane Helene happened, everything was destroyed. We were given no notice ahead of time , when we came back a couple of days later to see what we co

management is a complete mess here. Mold in the apartments, terrible flooding, even from just regular rainstorms and good luck trying to get someone on the phone from the leasing office. half the complex is empty and i’m not surprised as these people are terrible. contractors they hired to fix an issue in my apartment even told us they could tell maintenance was lazy by how things were screwed in.

FIRST FLOOR APTS FLOOD!! Hurricane Helene trashed the place last year and all the first floor residents were kicked out with a weeks notice and they had demo guys 2 days in throwing my clean stuff in bags. We were treated awfully and had to chase management down to get any answers! I highly recommend not moving here, they are NOT passionate about their renters and could not care less about you if a statewide disaster happens. It’s months after and the swimming pool is still green with sewage. Avoid these roach palaces at all costs. Oh and we also had a neighbor who passed away and was discovered weeks after and they never actually came to his apt to clean up the mess. 0/10 could not express to you how negative of an experience this place is.
