Top notch custom builder in a great area, limited amount of build sites, nestled among equestrian farms and great schools just a few miles outside of Charlotte city limits.
Land owner very difficult to deal with when building home...HOA much to be fixed as well on grounds up keep. Area beautiful and neighbors are great.
