Not much to do. No dog park, no tennis or basketball. The developers gave us the bare minimum in order to say we had a rec center. You can rent the building for events and that area was nice. No complaints on the rental area
Great park, but don’t come on a day they are mowing! We got covered in dust and pollen. We had to leave because it was so bad and the driver of the lawnmower went so close to my children playing by the lake front I was afraid he would hit them
This is a great neighbourhood! Love that we have diversity here and all are friends of each other. Would be great if HOA will build a second playground. Community is growing fast and we have a lot of kids here. Current playground mostly for kids 4+. Hope we will have one more 😊
Great for kids parties.
