The Meadows Apartments

I’m so glad to live here since Lisa, the property manager, has helped me so much with getting my apartment and, going beyond that, even if there is a language barrier, she never rushed or gets upset if I needed to take my time. When I moved in, it was clean and neat. When I’m really happy to live here.

After almost two years at The Meadows, I can say it truly felt like home. Lisa leads with care and professionalism, and the management team was always easy to work with. The grounds are tidy, the community feels welcoming, and day-to-day living was smooth with grocery, gas and coffee shops nearby. Highly recommend.

After an initial warm welcome, I became displeased with my apartment due to the mold overtaking all of my items in the Living Room. Attached are some photos of some of the items that mold overtook. Since I have pet birds, I could not afford to have strong cleaning solutions used while living there so I moved out. Unfortunately the Management Company is completely inflexible for paying me back for my pre-paid lease. Please do not move here unless you like MOLD!

Lisa the property manager is always friendly and is happy to answer any of my questions or concerns. The maintenance is always willing to come and check anything you need on a timely fashion. I have been living here for almost 16 months.

Lisa is fantastic- you can tell she really cares about her job and tenants.... the application process was straightforward and Lisa made sure everything was clear... I am so excited to be moving in and I'm truly thankful to Lisa for all the help....
