Positive: We lived here for a year. The community was safe, clean, and reasonably priced enough that we would have renewed our lease if the commute to the med center had not been so long. Maintenance was usually fairly quick. We received our deposit upon move out. Plenty of resident and visitor parking. Residents were friendly. Negative: We saw cockroaches our first night and never got rid of them. After moving out we cleaned all surfaces and saw evidence of cockroaches again within 2 days. The apartment smelled like smoke when we moved in and the vents looked moldy. After asking a few times, they cleaned the vents and the smell got a little better, but was still noticeable. I wanna start by saying Stephanie is the best. She kept me updated every step of the way. When she wasn’t available the other ladies assisted me with no problem. Now I’m finally moved in and enjoying it so far. Apartment was cleaned and everything is working properly.

I've been living in the apartments since 2019. After losing everything due to my job abruptly closing, losing my house, and battling depression......I found these after 7 months of living with a friend. So these were cheap enough to help me start over. One thing I can say is that I've never felt unsafe. In the first couple of years, we had no real issues. Outside of my son's car being towed at no fault of ours. After reaching out to Kelly, it appeared to be a glitch on their part. I was told we could go retrieve it at no cost. Kelly did apologize, so I didn't make a huge fuss. But it was an inconvenience to us missing work and the fear it caused, thinking someone stole my son's car. My car was actually stolen from the property. And upon going into the office to ask if they saw anything on
