The Meadow Apartments

This is not the place to move to. The apartments are brand new, but the office staff does not communicate effectively. The gate was broken, and my car was stolen from the property — this is the second time something like this has happened. Management has promised security enhancements, but the follow-through has been inconsistent. The staff may seem friendly and nice at first, but all they care about is getting someone to move in. Even if you bring a complaint to the office, it often doesn’t get taken seriously. I do not feel safe here, and you should consider your safety carefully and think twice before signing a lease — this experience has been frustrating and concerning.

I recently applied here, haven't been approved yet but Bonnie helped me and she is truly a kind, sweet woman. Im hoping ti be approved but no matter the outcome im grateful that Bonnie was so attentive and worked around me having my baby with me. Thank you so much.

Beautiful and safe community. Wonderful staff. Stephanie the community manager is very professional, friendly, attentive and great personality. She is thorough and follow up in a timely manner. The Meadows is a great place to call home.

Worked with Boni and she was so patient and helped with the application process. She never once got frustrated even after all the questions and she explained everything so well and understandable. She has gained a new friend!

Alejandra and Stephanie are both so nice and were very welcoming and very informative. Definitely a great place to start if you’re looking for some down home Texas style perspectives!
