The McKinley at Memorial City

I’m not one to write reviews however, we are a local moving company and have helped several clients move into McKinley. Almost every client mentions Pete by name and how easy he made the leasing process. He’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. We just moved one of our repeat clients who was upgrading to a larger apartment in the same Highrise; guess what, yep, Pete’s name came up again, he expressed how Pete made the process of upgrading seamless.

Concierges Zabee and Naveed are always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with anything residents need. Their friendly attitude and dedication truly make a difference every day. Valet Mohammad consistently provides prompt and courteous service. He is reliable, respectful, and always handles everything with great care. The Building Manager does an excellent job maintaining the property and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Three years into my residence at The McKinley, it remains top tier. It continues to uphold the highest of standards compared to other luxury high rises. Beyond its exceptional floor plans and modern design, its staff make living at The McKinley so comfortable. The concierge Naveed and Zabee light the place up and are extremely personable, willing to step up and help any resident. Pete and the leasing agents are always available to listen and address any concerns. Mohammad at valet is always willing to lend a helping hand. What little issues I’ve had in the apartments, maintenance always fixes them in a timely professional manner.

The McKinley is a great place to live. It is very safe and secure, and the amenities are fabulous. Everyone that works here is awesome. The concierge team (Zabee and Naveed) are so helpful and make sure all the residents’ needs are met. The valet (Mohammed) is also very helpful.

We have been residents here at the Mckinley for more than two years and the service we have received from our Concierge team of Zabee and Naveed is outstanding! They are always ready to assist in a timely manner and know their job well. They both are an asset to this 5 star facility. Keep it up!!
