The Maxwell

The Maxwell has been an amazing living experience for me. From the wonderful resident events, Jessika, Savannah, and Jasmine in the office offering amazing customer service, and the tropical pool that we frequent. I have decided to renew and I am so happy with my decision.

If you’re looking for an apartment that combines modern-day style with outstanding amenities, The Maxwell is the place to be. The leasing staff—Savannah, Jessica, and Jasmine—are truly incredible. They’ve gone above and beyond for me, even taking my calls day or night regarding maintenance concerns, and always making sure things are handled quickly and professionally. The management team genuinely cares about residents and ensures you feel valued and taken care of. The facilities are phenomenal, the community is well-maintained, and the overall living experience exceeds expectations. I cannot say enough good things about.

NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT STAFF I just wanted to make that loud and proud that I have been living here for 8 months and I have had only good experiences with maintenance and staff. they are all friendly and understanding with any issues i have had. BUT I have recently gotten a pet and now that i am frequenting pet areas and walking around more i have to complain about the amount of animal waste that is left around. There are free doggy bags and trash cans in multiple locations around the complex and apparently there are some specific pet owners who never pick up after their pets. I see lots of pet owners now and most of them are friendly and accommodating to my puppy in training. I don’t know who these mysterious lazy pet owners are but it never fails that they refuse to clean up. You can tell

If one uses reviews to make a decision, one shouldn't contribute to reviews. AFTER move in, I see "Luxury Living" on the Maxwell website, ensuring a review. This is my 1st "luxury" place. * 1/15/26 manager uses key and walks into my home. I'm watching TV. Says didn't know anyone was here. I've been here since 12/30/25 * No matter how you choose to pay for it... there are mandatory fees up to $50 to pay rent. That's like paying for luggage when we fly. Do not bother them to pay in person. Not happening. Jessika main property manager says no paying in person. 1/2/26 "I'll do it for you this time... but in the future use the app for maintenance tickets", she said. (1. I've been pretty satisfied at The Maxwell and much of that is thanks to the property manager, Jessika. From the very beginning of my renting journey, Jessika went above and beyond to make sure my process was smooth and stress-free. She was always available to answer my questions and provided clear information about the leasing requirements. During move-in, Jessika was incredibly helpful—she coordinated everything efficiently and even checked in to make sure I was settled after a mishap with my movers. Since living here, she has continued to be a great resource. Anytime I’ve needed something, Jessika has responded quickly and made sure any issues were resolved. I've moved around a few times since the pandemic. Its rare to find a property manager that genuinely cares about the residents an
