The Maverick on Seymour

I have truly had such an amazing experience living here! The staff, Taylor, Clint and all others have been so extremely helpful with everything from move in to move out. I lived here just over a year and can truly say they are attentive and work towards solving problems quickly and efficiently, the property is clean and well kept! They quickly resolved a small bug issue I had and have been checking up on me ever since. They treated me and my dog like family and made my experience a great one! I love it here!

While our stay here wasn’t long, I loved every second of it. Taylor is the best property manager I’ve encountered in my years of renting and moving around. She personally makes sure that everything is just right for you and your family. Maintenance is great. First night there Clint made sure to go change the batteries on our thermostat when I called at 9pm so our baby could sleep comfortably. I’m so grateful for how we have been treated by this great group of people. They are extremely military friendly and it’s a lovely place to live

The manager Taylor and their maintenance guy Clint have been so helpful with everything.From the move in, to the move out. I’ve only lived there for just 6 months but I can truly say they’re very helpful and treated me great during my time there. When I had an issue with my apartment Taylor and Clint would quickly resolve my issue. Great Staff. Great Manager. If you’re looking for a new home, go see Taylor! She will be extremely helpful and will answer any questions you have for her.

This place is amazing!! Taylor is GREAT in the office and handling any and all issues promptly. Clint is one of the best maintenance guys you will ever work with. This guy even works on weekends to make sure you are taken care of promptly. Highly recommend this property.

Love this apartment and the staff! Everything has been super easy and enjoyable here! It was so easy to initially apply and move in. The front desk is great with answering questions and making sure any maintenance issues are addressed quickly. They always have fun activities and promotions going on! They are pet friendly which is a huge plus and love when we bring our dog into the office for a visit. The apartments themselves are also great. The location is also nice because you’re just a couple of minutes away from everything.
