I wish I knew where to begin describing my experience living in what was supposed to feel like “home.” While things started out promising, it quickly became clear that residents are kept in the dark about serious issues within the complex. From broken elevators to the removal of onsite security and even tragic deaths with no acknowledgment from management. The Martin has a long list of ongoing concerns. This review focuses on the burglaries and the building and garage security. My vehicle was one of many broken into during Thanksgiving week 2025 in our supposedly secured garage that Windsor owns. Thankfully, I keep no valuables in my car, so I’m only left with repair costs. I reported the incident to management, provided photos of what appears forced entry into the building through the s
I have lived here for around 3 years and I really love it. It may not have crazy amenities like some of the bigger or newer buildings but the ones they have are nice and work well. Love my rooftop garden! Also the staff here are always so nice and friendly and helpful. Christian our concierge is super nice, helpful, and understanding when raising any concerns. I know Casey doesn’t work in this building anymore but she also had been such an amazing person to work with during my time here. I think the best part about this building is all the units floor plans are so nice. My first unit was a 1 bedroom and den and it was laid out so perfectly without wasted space and the living room was huge. My new unit is a 2 bedroom and for the price, there isn’t a bigger space in Seattle this nice. Will p
My experience at The Martin has been disappointing so far. I was given a parking key that wasn’t tested and couldn’t access my parking for three days, and staff were unavailable when help was needed during move-in. I was also assigned a parking spot that wasn’t verified and later changed without any communication. The biggest issue is the elevators — one elevator seems to be constantly out of service. Even with a reservation, only one elevator was available for moving, making the process unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. Overall, there seems to be a lack of coordination and attention to basic operational details. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this community at this time.
Almost 2 years here... Apartment is nice, layouts are good. Deducting a star because the paint job in my unit was shoddy and had to clean up paint from the floor, carpet, counters, and sinks. Also if you're on the monorail side, be up higher. This is not unique to The Martin but any apartment near a major avenue will have bad noise from the cars revving up from a stoplight. I've had this at other places and was aware of it, doesn't bother me too much with a white noise machine. The amenities and staff are great. In particular Christian, holy moly. I had a package go missing and he went above and beyond, full CSI mode to find it thru the camera footage. Also he's friendly and greets the tenants warmly, makes it nice to live here. Parking is fine, not too right, and even though the entranc
I have lived in an urban 1 bedroom apartment at 'The Martin' for a period of 1 year and my stay here had been excellent. The apartment is well built without any wasted space. This ensures I got the best value for my money. They have a good set of amenities with a small gym. This apartment is right in the middle of downtown, so it has easy access to most places in Seattle. Some notes about the management: I basically found this apartment online via the website in March 2022 and I was traveling, so I was half way around the world in a different country. The property manager Mae Garcia had been super helpful in providing me with the right information on time which helped me make my decision. As soon as I got here, I was greeted by Lauren who helped me with my move in procedures. I did not h
