The Marquee at Belle Meade

I am so happy I found this community! The management has exceeded my expectations at every turn. They deeply care about the maintenance of the building, respond in an instant to any issues and the new management has added a feeling of comfort, home and I feel like I’m in more of a community than just an apartment. With the activities they are beginning to bring folks together to foster more of a “home” feel. There are different ppl from all walks of life who are foraging relationships which is immensely important given this day and time. I’ve met so many wonderful folks and I am happy with my choice of choosing to live at Marquee. I may not ever leave!

I moved in 04/2023. The apartment was NOT move in ready. The toilets were gross, I scraped food off the floor from previous tenants, a closet door is missing, one of the clothing racks were broken, water pressure is terrible (I kind of fixed it by buying my own shower head), AND there were leaks in the AC/HVAC within 2 weeks of eachother, it spilled water all over my floor, soaked the bedroom carpet, and ruined my hallway rug w/ water stains. Also, as of 08/2025- it now costs a $62.40 fee just to pay rent through the portal & the BILT rewards where you pay looks like one giant advertisement..... I just want to pay my rent 😩 *On a positive note, the new front desk manager Kaitlyn is very nice and was great at answering my questions and she is very quick to respond. And the other residents

The staff has been very kind and courteous. They respond to anything that I need fixed quickly and responsibly. I appreciate their help. I love the apartments and the location.

I lived here for two years and loved it! Extremely spacious apartment with great appliances and loved the fact that there are less units than many of the mega-complexes in the city. All of our work orders were handled promptly and effectively. All of the our neighbors were friendly and kind. Honestly I read through some of the negative reviews and my experience couldn't be further from what some of these people are complaining about. Shoutout to Allison and Darrell you guys were great and I loved living here. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a more quiet, laid-back, apartment complex.

I'm not sure if this is a complaint about zillow or the management. However, I booked an appointment through zillow for a tour. When I arrived, I stood outside the secured door for 10 minutes until I was noticed. One person was on staff who informed me she had just started this week, did have keys, and would be on the phone with Comcast for an hour. And can I come back. I do not blame her, but rather whoever is in charge of overseeing staffing is in place to accommodate tours.
