The Marq Apartments

Apartments are probably the best in the area. Office staff is always nice and they are very straight forward. Liz and Belen take pride and makes sure the property is always looking good. I recommend 100%. The pool can be a bit overwhelming as other people come that don't live here, but Liz always tries to make it better. I love the new addition for cook outs on property look forward to using it this summer. I will be moving out soon as I bought a home but I loved my stay here.

They are full of roaches and the bad thing about it is you pay $5.00 a month for pest control and they don't come unless you're a a list. I've used gallons of Ortho insecticide but they keep coming. I'm tired of eating with roaches, other than that, it's quiet

Great place to live. I hardly have my issues just the regular maintenance needs which is handled in a timely matter. Office staff is always friendly.

I have lived here for 3 years and it’s definitely affordable.Maintenance has completed all my requests. I know the property is not a new build and I understood that everything in the apartment was not going to be perfect, but the staff has made sure I am happy in the unit. Definitely renewing this year, as rent increase is not exaggerated as other apartments I’ve lived before. Did i mention the office staff was great? They never disappoint.
