The Marlow Gainesville

We are currently staying here and everything went well. All the staffs are nice and approachable esp Jason (manager) and Theresa. We came from Canada, we are glad that they offered us for two months free. The rooms are big, spacious and has big closet. The hallways are clean and has Ac so during summer it will be not too hot when walking goint to the room. The place is safe since we saw some sherriff who currently live here. All the amenities are so fantastic the gym, pool and the club room. I always look forward to the free coffee at the club room since they have mochaccino. The place is clean cozy and the well maintained. This location is great for us since my workplace is only 10mins away, shopping center is close and most of all the pickle ball is only 2 mins walk from our unit. My onl

I recently moved into The Marlow in Gainesville and couldn’t be happier with my decision. Before choosing this community, I toured several other places, but what really set The Marlow apart were the onsite leasing consultants, David and Theresa. They went above and beyond to make sure my leasing process and move-in were smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. On top of the outstanding service, the property itself is beautiful—the grounds are spotless, well-maintained, and you can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in top shape. I’m so glad I chose The Marlow and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new apartment in Gainesville!

We just want to thank the leasing agents (Theresa and David) for doing what they can to get us into our new home here at the Marlow! They are on top of everything and communicate well! Also thank you Jeremiah for getting on top of our work order within the hour and being efficient! Truly and awesome team!!

I have been searching an apartment in Gainesville over a month and The marlow Gainesville was the perfect match that I was looking for. I was built within 5 years, literally a brand new apartment, and the management office provided the fastest respond in Gainesville(special thanks to Theresa, helping me out from the day one, you are the best!!!!!!!!!!). When we went for a tour, I noticed easily how the management was well maintained, neat and clean. Even after I moved in, and requesting maintenance (to fix the bulb light), he visited to our home very quick. I would like to tell that the whole management staffs are so dedicated and providing hard work to keep this community nice. I would like to say thank you so much for your hard work!!!! I recently toured the Marlow Apartments and was really impressed with the experience. The complex offers a great balance of modern amenities and comfortable living spaces. Theresa was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions about the floor plans and community features. The apartments themselves are spacious with stylish finishes, and the location is convenient, making it a solid choice for anyone looking to live in the area. Overall, it was an amazing property and I would highly recommend.
