Update 3/1/25: The leasing group sent an email at 11:54am saying that the water would be shut off at 12, no updates and water happen to be back on around 430pm. They also sent an email update related to the RANDOMLY getting rid of valet trash (for which the trash compactor doesn't work and trash is piling up) . Additionally, they doubled down on the cable/internet bring removed (originally something that was forced in the lease) and WE the residents have to make accommodations and take equipment back THAT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX HAD SET UP TO BEGIN WITH. So another inconvenience. Update 2/24/26: They sent an email TODAY saying Valet trash is being canceled and March 1st we have to take our own trash. UNPROFESSIONAL. First of all, some of us picked this place because of that feature.

I am extremely disappointed with the maintenance quality and the way my recent service request was handled. We reported a water leak from the bathroom tub **over a month ago**, and the maintenance technician who came at that time not only failed to fix the issue but actually made the problem worse. The leak continued and gradually became more severe. Today, we submitted another maintenance request because the water is now leaking like a **continuous stream** from the tub. A different technician arrived, looked at the issue, and openly admitted he had **no idea** why the water was leaking. He left without fixing anything and without offering any explanation or next steps. When we called the leasing office to ask who would be responsible for the increased water bill caused by this ongoing

This place is run down. Take heed to the reviews and rent at your own risks. Tenants are not posting bad reviews for nothing. Everything you are reading is facts. I had lived here long enough to hear other residents' complaints and code enforcement always on speed dial. Management and staff are aware of residents' concerns, but they fall on deaf ears. Property is run as if it is low income housing. Another thing, whatever you do in the portal, print it out or download it for your own records. When there is a buy-out or change in management, you can lose your rental history or any important information. We all need a place to stay. However, we should not be subjected to live in poor conditions with the amount of money we pay. My exit was taken care of by Kailene Camacho and Dawn Barnes Flo

We have been here for 7 years, and every year there's been a new landlord company, gone through 3 different name changes and the property has just gone downhill. They are asking too much money for what little there is and what we have to go through. Trash build up, water damage, pests and roaches to lack of building maintenance. Alot of long time neighbors are moving out along with my family. Do not come here. Update: property on lean, and owned by the state. Trash buildup grew since initial post. Good luck 🫣

Decent place when we moved in now they won’t fix anything or spend any money on the property. They Have not cut the grass in months and let trash pile up every weekend. Good luck catching someone in to office after 1pm. Maintenance is a joke takes them weeks to even respond to a request then they will close the request without even contacting you.
