We chose this apartment because of its ideal location in Mission Valley! Move-in experience was excellent, on time and hassle free. Our lease agent Gina made sure everything was ready for our move-in date. Price is a good match for value! Parking was available. I like security guys who are very nice and helpful. Amenities are great, jacuzzi and pool and clubhouse for entertainment. One thing that is still missing is fitness gym, which is under construction. Guest parking is not available. So you need to plan ahead for your guests to park. My experience during two weeks is pleasant! Will continue to enjoy this place and beautiful San Diego

I have lived In Margo almost since it opened four years ago. There was a change of management and it has become progressively better. It has a great gym, its own pool and access to the resort pool at the Town & Country with 20% off. Seriously, I can't imagine living anywhere else The leasing staff is so accommodating I have an EV car and my own parking spot with free electricity Very convenient to just walk over to the monkey bar at the Resort. I can't say enough good things about this place and as an OG that says a lot.

The apartment complex itself is beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly made my visit memorable was the exceptional service provided by the leasing agent, Tabatha. From the moment I arrived, Tabatha was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and provided detailed information about the community and its amenities. Her patience was remarkable; she walked me through various apartment options, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. It's been about ~4 months since we moved out and they just won't give us back our security deposit. We had our walkthrough and were told we'd receive the security deposit within a week of move-out. I'll paint the picture for you: we call daily. maybe someone at the Margo answers every 5th or 6th call. They tell us something completely different than what the last person told us. Nothing happens. That's not even a joke. Call them 3-4 times and if they answer the phone even one of those times, you should go buy a lottery ticket. So I'm leaving this review before I call another 2-3 times tomorrow. Wish me luck. Don't rent here, you'll regret it even if you take the security deposit out of consideration. I’m posting this because I believe corporate deserves to know what is happening at The Margo. When I first reported a maintenance/habitability concern, I received an email suggesting I should consider moving which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Being encouraged to relocate as a first response to a maintenance issue genuinely feels like it could be a legal liability for the property and immediately made me uneasy about how concerns are handled.
