The Mansion

I’ve lived here for almost three years now in multiple apartments and I love it! The amenities are awesome (especially the gym), the building is new with fresh apartments & nice appliances. The on-cite maintenance team is super helpful and quick to resolve any issues. And our leasing consultants - Rikki Lee, Jacob and Ava - make you feel very welcome and are always there to help. The only downside for me is the price - it is pretty high, but that is to be expected for a new building in Midtown, and it’s worth it compared to the other properties in the area.

Loved living at the mansion, the amenities were great! Love the gym, pool, etc. It felt very luxurious, and most importantly- safe! I want to call out the maintenance staff, such a great team! Also, Rikki Lee, she is such a pleasure to deal with and I am so bummed had to move! Highly recommend, great location, no complaints. I hope to move back someday 😊

Lived here for just over a year now and very happy. The staff are all amazing and friendly. Location is secure, modern and ideal for pets with the pet courtyard. The on site maintenance staff are super responsive and friendly. The high ceilings are good and the A/C is great. The Apartments do seem expensive compared with nearby locations, priced for the pool that is never heated and one of the elevators consistently breaks down which is annoying.

Living at the Mansion apartments has been incredible! So proud to call here home. Such a great community and the staff is amazing. Everyone is so nice and overall they do a great job. Highly recommend living here!

Lived here for 2 years so I have a pretty good understanding of how this place ran. After moving to a new apartment complex, I can easily say this place was not worth it, especially for the ridiculous price point. There were many maintenance issues like the AC being insanely loud, the appliances being cheap (laundry machine door broke, electric stove is a nightmare and does not work well, window broken many times). While they do have maintenance on site, after getting the same window fix 3 times, it becomes more pain than it’s worth. Security deposit also not only never came back, but I was charged $200 extra, and the breakdown just had basic claims like “$300 for utilities” or “$75 per hour for 3 hours of cleaning” when I just lived in a 500 ft studio.
