The Manor/The Manor East Apartments

The people working at the leasing office, particularly Mr. Fablo were very nice to me during my visit of the Manor East Apartments. They explained to me everything I needed to know regarding the monthly rent and other expected expenses. They showed me around and had me visit of one of the one bed room apartment ready for lease. I am very grateful and thank the staff for letting me have a first hand experience of the Manor East Apartments. I would be very happy to recommend the community as a comfortable residence complex.

Best apartment ive been in. Very spacious. Any complaint i have would be in any typical apartment (i.e. noise, minor roaches that pest control can deal with). Great team in the office. Cris helped me when I was worried about renewing my lease, even though I had passed the date I needed to decide by. The ladies in the office helped me as well when I switched my car plates.

I scheduled a tour a few weeks back and had to reschedule like 3 times. Cristian one of the leasing consultants was kind to work with me and my busy schedule.the day of the tour, he was so professional and answer all my questions regarding the apartment. He’s friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the community. Cristian is the person to go to if you planning a tour at this community apartment.

me and my family have been looking for a new place and i happened to find westminster online, chris the leasing consultant was great, respectful, kind, very knowledgeable and helped answer my parents and i questions making finding our new home 10x easier.

Wonderful staff. Always willing to take their time when you come in and happy to assist you when they can. I have lived in both the Manor and the Manor East and have not experienced any problems. Yes I saw roaches in the Manor but that was due to UNCLEAN PEOPLE. I spoke to management due to a need of a handicap parking space due to my husband's disability and it was done within a week. After the passing of my husband I moved to the Manor East and I love this place. Everytime I needed something taken care of it was done quickly. All the negative comments that I was reading I truly feel that people were living in a different community. If I had to complain about anything it would be coming out of the parking lot to Ft. Evans Rd but this is not the fault of the complex. I will recommend this
