The Manor at Flagler Village

I recently moved here and I have to say from when I tour this community a month ago from when I moved in was night and day! Scott the new property manager and the new team that is here have gone above and beyond!! The new furniture in the lobby and the care this team is providing. It might be the best place to live in Flagler Village in downtown Fort Lauderdale!! Keep up the great work!!! You guys are truly amazing!!

The Manor at Flagler Village apartments are beautiful and first impressions were very positive. Chantal Forster was our tour guide and greeted us with a warm welcome. Even though we didn’t have an appointment she graciously walked us around. Chantal answered all our questions and was very professional, kind and cheerful. The community areas were all clean and well kept. The first thing we noticed inside the model unit were the high ceilings Wow! So nice to feel like you’re not just in a small box space. She explained high ceilings are only on 1st & 7th floors. We also liked that the windows in each bedroom were larger than the norm. They almost felt like floor to ceiling windows, a positive detail to enhance the space. Heated pool and a sauna were great surprises. We have not decided whi

We toured TEN,yes TEN places! We landed here by just being around corner and a phone call to a friend.. We were exhausted and Chantal took care of us on phone to meeting her in person. I am a huge person on first impressions, SHE IS A HUGE ASSET TO YOUR PLACE! I have owned to run sales teams,I was so impressed by her. As we walked and she showed my daughter the example unit,pool,amenities and more I found she was not only highly professional, but a fantastic person! She is your first impression, which we know is extremely important to success! Chantal surpassed anyone we met in this hunt. I realized it was bought in 2024,and a friend stated go around corner and look at The Manor,he was aware of Aquisition from Grant.I as well I know taking over a big properties take time to straighten out.

Been here for a while. New management turned out really good. There’s also a new concierge for packages and basic needs. Honorable mentions: Chantal and the rest of the leasing team for easy renewals and fast problem solving. Btw, this is a place for non smoking, super quiet, non problematic people. If you’re any of this, it’s not for you :)

The Manor at Flagler Village was more than I expected. Being escorted by Chantal, assisted by concierge gentleman(sorry I didn’t get his name) made the experience even more welcoming. The property is very well maintained, the apartments are larger than most I’ve visited. It’s definitely at the TOP of places I think I could live, dine and shop. Thanks for your hospitality today!!!
