The Manning Apartment Homes

If you are thinking about moving into this apartment, I honestly do not recommend it. The apartment is in very bad condition. There are roaches, and everything in the unit is very old — the sink, the bathroom, and many other things. For the amount of money you pay every month, this place is not worth it at all. When you contact management about problems or maintenance, they do nothing. They do not take tenants seriously, they don’t care about complaints, and regular maintenance checks are never done. I really regret choosing this apartment. I wish I could end my lease and move somewhere else. This is one of the worst apartments you could live in. Please save yourself the stress and do not move here.

I personally never had roaches but if you can’t have a tour don’t lease it the bathroom is horrible the kitchen is horrible the laundry room horrible don’t know how they keep getting people to lease here this place sucks

Audi Autiona was so nice and welcoming thank u for helping us get the place but everything in this place is broken nothing is working cause they don't have enough maintenance witch I understand but they need to try a little harder to get things fixed

They look nice from the outside I was with someone who dropped off groceries to a residence!

I thought this was a great place to live my first month was ok second month I let my sister bring her dog while she sent my Niece off to prom i had a adult dog and puppy upon moving in I stated I would be selling the puppy I was not charged for my puppy I was charged a deposit for the adult dog which I paid they then turned around and charged me for 4 dogs I only had three and two weren’t there a whole week they charged me 1,800 on top of my 1,500 rent they charged me for the one dog I paid the deposit for twice I then update my per profile they tell me I can’t have this dog deposit in non refundable for an authorized dog my dog is not and I had to get rid of her I had her for three years and she died second week after taking her away because I was not allowed to have her. I had a 2 year o
