Terrible Experience – Unprofessional and Unresponsive Agent If anyone would like clarification on why this review is so negative, I’m more than happy to provide further details or documentation. I genuinely don’t want anyone else to go through the unprofessional experience I had with Mandy. At the initial consultation, Mandy came across as confident and persuasive. She walked me through her marketing plan, showed comparable listings, and estimated my home’s value at $520K — which is what we listed it for. After a few sporadic showings and no offers, we lowered the price to $510K, which did bring more activity. One buyer seemed interested and requested a site survey, utility bills, and HOA information. Her communication skills are wonderful, she does a really good job at finding locations within budget and figuring out what you're looking for, and she gives great advice on tours/walkthroughs. I'd highly recommend her especially to first time home buyers-she does a great job of explaining the process and can answer any questions you might have!

Our family just bought our new home with the help of the Mandy Pickerill Coldwell Banker Team. We are new to the area, and Mandy was extremely helpful throughout the whole process; she was attentive, responsive, and a delight to work with. We hit a few big bumps along the way in the home buying process of our duplex, and she worked relentlessly to make sure we were able to settle. Out of the three realtors we have worked with in the past, Mandy was by far the best - she spent the most time with us, had the fastest response time to texts/emails, and answered questions in a way that made confusing things make sense!
