The company had a super easy portal for maintenance requests & she communicated clearly & quickly, and make sure I had what I needed and knew what was going on when I made requests. Had the pleasure of renting an apartment from The Management Emporium for a little more than a year and have had nothing but positive experiences. My property manager, Ariana M., was a wonderful manager. I couldn’t ask for more. She was always sweet and attentive—anything I needed, any questions I had (and I had a lot!), she was there to help. I never had any issues with maintenance on the apartment, they gave it to me very clean and well kept. NEVER any issues with pests, mold, smell, or even noise with the pipes—everything was clean and quiet. The washing machines they kept on the property always worked well and were very cheap. I had to move again due to work and was so sad to leave; I wish I could take Ariana with me to manage my new property! They got my security deposit check back to

From the moment I contacted this company I was really impressed. Sana has been extremely professional. As soon as I handed her the keys to my rental it felt like a big weight was taken off my shoulders. I really recommend her to anyone considering hiring a professional property manager! Horrible management company! It is obvious they are posting their own 5 star reviews. Sana is the most unprofessional and incompetent human being you could ever deal with. My husband and I own the unit where my mother resides. For months I have tried unsuccessfully to get Sana to address the severe plumbing issues in our unit. Two months ago, instead of sending a plumber to fix the issue, Sana went to her boss, John Koerner. John Koerner sent me an email titled “DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN.” In the email he forbid me from ever contacting the management company again. He stated in the email that I could only communicate with them through an attorney. The building is falling apart and nothing ever gets accomplished. Stay away from these people!
