The Madison on the Lake

Yasmin was my leasing agent and she was great from the warm greeting to both tours of potential apartments. She did it with style and grace. I pray that this will be my home 🤞🏾it seems to be a quiet and peaceful place to call home. The grounds are kept clean, the 🦆 are always cool too see, and I can’t wait to just grab a bench and sit by the lake and enjoy the view and breeze.

new resident here & my move in & application process has been so smooth thanks to Yasmine! It literally only took her 4 days to get me approved & was transparent and answered every question I had to ask! 10/10 recommend! ask for Yasmine!

What can I say, ummm here we go!!! Atlas isn’t just an apartment complex from the staffing to the residents even the pets at Atlas is family too me. Any and all issues I ever had has been quickly resolved.Its nothing bad to say especially since it is an apartment complex and not a house lol. I feel safe and honestly that’s my big concern safety since I live alone as a woman… ooo and did I mention Taco my loving dog is always welcomed with treats and pets .. again you can’t go wrong!!!! Ever apartment has issues and the staffing and communication is TOP TIER I RATHER OVER COMMUNICATION THAN NO COMMUNICATION. I am humbled and grateful to call ATLAS HOME !!!!

Customer service is top tier here!!! Yasmine, Donald, & Shamika all have great customer service & very professional!!! You don’t find that these days. My move in started out rocky but things all worked out and for that I am grateful!!! Shout out to the maintenance crew as well, big THANKS TO YOU GUYS!!!

Donald, Yasmin, and Maria are awesome!!!!! I had a few hiccups along the leasing process and they all went above and beyond to help me. I haven't experienced this type of help or customer service in years. The apartments are beautiful, amenities top tier and the scenery is serene. Thank you, Guys
